Reservations may be adjusted, confirmed, or cancelled by the business if availability changes, duplicate bookings are detected, or the requested service cannot be provided safely or professionally.
To manage your reservation, we process your phone number, name, email address, selected service, date, time, and related booking activity. The booking business acts as the primary controller of this customer data for appointment management.
Your data is used to create and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, identify returning customers, respond to service requests, and maintain basic security and fraud-prevention records. We do not use reservation data for unrelated marketing without an additional legal basis or consent.
